Shipping Policy

Silver Diamond Co. offers free standard shipping within the United States

  • Your billing and shipping address must be the same in order to avoid delays.
  • Complimentary return shipping is available on unworn (trying the ring on once does not count as wear), domestic US orders placed directly on the Silver Diamond Co. website only. The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery date. Facebook. If your order qualifies for complimentary return shipping, please request a label specifically with your return request.
  • Final sale orders are nonrefundable and not covered by warranty. 
  • If using your own shipping label, please contact us for shipping details.
  • Your package will ship to the address provided to us at the time you place your order. We cannot edit the address or make any changes once the order has been processed.

Processing times:

• Orders placed with free shipping or Priority Mail will be processed within 1 business day, (M-F).
• Orders placed after Noon EST on Friday and all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Once your item has been processed, standard and priority mail options will ship within 2 business days (M-F). This can change at any time. 

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, such as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

International Shipping Options:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we have no control over actual delivery times.
1. Standard international mail: $17.99 USD, 3-6 Weeks for delivery
2. Express International Mail: $64.99 USD, approximately 5-10 business days, Canada is approximately 3-6 business days. Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary.

Customs charges, VAT and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charges of the item. Silver Diamond Co. cannot alter the amount of your purchase on your shipping form to bypass customs; that is a federal offense which can result in a hefty fine or the package being confiscated.
